FISCAL ANALYST- Kitsap County

Financial Analyst will perform a variety of grant accounting/financial support activities with numerous deadlines to apply complex regulations to division budget, involving special revenues, a variety of grants, revenue reimbursements, and utilization reports. Working under the direction of the ALTC Administrator, work independently and exercise independent judgement to reconcile accounting problems within statutory requirements and established policies. Participate in subcontractor monitoring and oversight of fiscal reviews. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the accounting structure, accounting and financial principles, practices and methods; federal/state/local legislative guidelines; data collection, data processing and reporting; and program planning, coordination and development; and a working accounting knowledge as it pertains to public entities and special revenues.
